Every newsletter, I like to feature a business acquaintance or colleague-at-bar who superbly exhibits professional wisdom. This newsletter, I am featuring Harold Palacios, a personal trainer in New York City.
I first met Harold when I was teaching martial arts in the same gym where he was working. After a stress fracture, he developed exercises that enabled me to run the NYC Marathon. During that time, I learned that he was also training super models, Broadway stars, various entourage folk, and more! I still train with him when I can. He can get just about anybody in shape and also has an amazing line of healthy, great tasting meals under his “StyleFit” brand.
